Julien (Martinez) provided an extensive variety of electrical services throughout my home. His work was absolutely outstanding. He explained everything with patience and clarity. His performance was exemplary in every way. Mohamad (Jodeh) lent a helping hand with generosity and skill. Both young men were so polite and respectful.

Jalen did a great job for us and we are happy with his service! He was timely, polite and hard working. He resolved our issue very quickly and we would call Precision again.

Justin has come to the house a couple times over the last few years. He took time to check our sump system and show me a few things about understanding the system. Everything was working fine. He didn’t try to sell me anything we didn’t need , explained the options if we wanted to upgrade the system, and didn’t charge anything due to our precision membership.

Justin provided thorough plumbing service. I was notified that he was on his way and he arrived early. He took the time to explain my options in language I understood and provided me with the cost for each option. He seemed to take pride in his work. He installed a new sump pump and battery backup. Though the work area was a mess from flooding, Justin did not add to the mess. There was no plumbing fluids left on my floor and he cleared everything that he brought with him.

Today Johnny Botka came to asses my outside water spouts tgst feed the hose in my backyard. What an incredibly thorough professional assessment he did make and gave my several options to fix my problem. I admire so much a person who knows his job and gives the customer an explanation they can understand. I do need to talk to my husband about which option to go with. And since I have Johnny’s direct number he just told me to text him and he will set things up and I don’t even have to call the office which is great. Your company has continued to gain my loyalty and will never hire anyone else. You certainly hire the best people and Johnny is certainly wonderful. Thank you for always giving me such great service and care of my 74 year old house ! Great service and Johnny is such a hard working professional. I truly enjoyed meeting him. I will request him if I have future plumbing issues.

Dereck was absolutely wonderful to work with. My water heater needed replacement so he was hired to do the job. He's Very kind and patient. Took his time to explain everything that was happening and ensured I was satisfied with installation. I definitely recommend him. Thanks Dereck!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marques Bryan did an outstanding job! He arrived promptly, was very professional, and took the time to educate me throughout the entire process so I understood what was causing the issue and how he fixed it. He wore shoe covers to protect my home and even placed protective coverings on the floor where he set his tools, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed and cleared the clog, and my kitchen sink is draining perfectly again. The entire experience was friendly, efficient, and stress-free. Andrei was fantastic! I texted him photos of my issue, and he was out here to repair it within a few days. He did a thorough job and made sure there were no leaks. Super friendly - would highly recommend!

Steve B is the best plumber I have ever had! I do not want any other Plumber!! Steve is the one!! He was prompt, clean and very courteous of my new home during the installation of my Water Tech carbon and water softener system. My water is OUTSTANDING NOW!!! He even added a 2nd 40 gallon power vent water heater while installing everything else! Steve changed all the hose faucet piping to city water and put in a bypass in case we needed to use carbon only filtered water. He also made me aware of how a thermal expansion tank benefits my equipment & entire home. Steve thoroughly cleaned up after everything was finished. Took me through every aspect of the installation and coached me enough to feel comfortable around the new equipment. Best of all, he took his time to make sure I understood what he was teaching me. You can see he takes pride in his work and really cares about his customers. I hope you all ask for Steve B for all of your plumbing needs!! 5/5 STARS!!! Battery back up sump pump system is next!!!

Ralph did a great job. He was thorough and explained everything well. He figured out what was needed, and used parts in his truck and some he went and bought at the store, so he finished everything in a couple hours. Would definitely use him again.

Excellent service and turnaround. Air conditioner died on memorial Day and the next day a tech Nick was out to discuss options. Turns out I wanted a new air conditioner. They got it installed the very same day. Good for me cause the weather was getting into the 80's. Installers Jesus and his apprentice did a fantastic job. Nice clean beautiful professional job. They even cut back the bushes that was hiding the outside compressor unit to fit the new one. Took the time to explain new features and what was needed off season. Cannot say enough about the company and installers. Will use them for all my HVAC and possibly other needs.

The whole experience with Precision Plumbing was wonderful. From scheduling to getting the job done. Patrick was amazing keeping us informed of the whole process. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing and will definitely use them and hopefully we get Patrick again

I was Dushon's last appointment for the day. He was still smiling and energetic. He quickly figured out a solution for me. My filter was making a whistling noise. He has 20 years experience. It was a quick fix. He said don't apologize for calling for a small problem. "You should be completely satisfied." I was completely satisfied.

Jonah Blankenship provided excellent service. He really listened to my concerns and took the time to understand the issue. He was able to quickly identify the right solution to my plumbing problem and handled everything very efficiently. I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

They bought the local HVAC company and are continuing the same great customer service and craftsmanship with reasonable prices. I sleep great at night knowing my furnace and central air were installed by them. I also had them clean out my vents throughout the house and they did a remarkable job.

We have used Precision Today service on a couple of occasions. We are grateful and satisfied with the service Mr. Isaac Diaz provided yesterday, February 26th. We purchased heating and air conditioning, and Mr. Diaz and his team did a very professional job. They made sure we understood everything about the new equipment. I called because my heat went out and Hazim came to troubleshoot it the same day within a few hours. Unfortunately, my furnace required repairs that didn’t make sense because of the age. Hazim was very professional and took photos to show me the issues. He guided me with my decision and was extremely helpful. I can’t say whether or not the price was good as I had to make a decision without price shopping because of an Arctic cold front coming. Hazim was able to Schedule a new furnace install for the next morning, which was fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about Hazim. Armardo and his tech came out on time and worked their butts off to get the new furnace installed. The job they did was very clean and professional. Precision team has been great to work with, High marks all around.
