Dykstra Home Services
Founded by David M. Dykstra in the south suburbs of Chicago, Dykstra Home Services became a three-generation family institution — growing from David to his son Richard C. Dykstra, Sr., and then to Richard’s children, Jennifer Milazzo and Richard Jr.
For nearly nine decades, the Dykstra name on the fleet of service trucks stood for quality, honest service, and unwavering commitment to customer comfort across Chicago.

Miller’s Area Heating & Cooling
Founded in 1948 by brothers Jim and Ray Miller in Grayslake, IL — starting with just one truck and a commitment to integrity. They chose a location in the center of town that remains their address to this day.
In 1975, Ray retired and sold his share to Jim. Jim’s son John stepped in to carry the business forward — a second generation ready to serve the community their father had built a reputation in for nearly three decades.

For over nine decades, Dykstra Home Services was a cornerstone of the south suburbs — a family-run business where the Dykstra name on every truck meant something to the community they served.
As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer with NATE-certified technicians, Dykstra brought technical excellence alongside family values. Today, that legacy continues under the Precision Today name.

Jim and Ray Miller started their company in 1948 with nothing but one truck, a truckload of know-how, and an unshakeable commitment to integrity. They chose Grayslake as home — and never left.
After 27 years, Ray handed his share to Jim, whose son John stepped in to carry the business into its next chapter. The same address. The same values. And now, the same Precision Today commitment that Grayslake customers have always deserved.
