Our community focus areas
Precision Today community involvement centers on four areas that touch the day-to-day lives of Chicago families. We choose partners whose work aligns with how we operate, dependable, local, and focused on real outcomes. Below is where we put our time, sponsorship dollars, and volunteer hours.
Civic life
Local civic organizations are the connective tissue of the neighborhoods we serve. From park district programming that keeps families active to hometown sports franchises that bring communities together, we support the institutions that make Chicago feel like home. When we send our plumbing, heating, cooling, or electrical teams into these communities, we are working in the same neighborhoods that these civic partners serve.
Current civic partners include:
- Chicago Wolves
- The Chicago Wolves are a professional hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL). Precision Today has proudly partnered with and sponsored the organization for the past two years.
Cultural & educational
Cultural and educational organizations build a stronger Chicago by making arts, education, and community programming accessible to more families. Precision Today nonprofit partnerships in this category focus on organizations that invest in students, cultural life, and community learning.
Current cultural and educational partners include:
- Neuqua Valley High School
- A public four-year high school serving students in grades 9 through 12 in Naperville, Illinois. Precision Today recently began partnering with the school this year.
- College of DuPage Alumni
- College of DuPage (COD) is a public community college located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Precision Today has been a proud sponsor of the college for the past three years.
- Downers Grove North High School
- A public four-year high school serving students in grades 9 through 12 in Downers Grove, Illinois. Precision Today recently began partnering with the school this year.
- Downers Grove South High School
- A public four-year high school serving students in grades 9 through 12 in Downers Grove, Illinois. Precision Today recently began partnering with the school this year.
