If your new system fails to keep you comfortable in year 1, we make unlimited attempts to resolve it. If we cannot maintain thermostat temperature per manufacturer specifications, we replace the system at no charge.

You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling costs, or we will double-the-difference of savings not realized during the first year.

If the compressor in your air conditioner fails in the first 5 years, we install a complete new condensing unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first 10 years, we install a new furnace.

We guarantee the system we installed will perform as designed. If we cannot make it perform as stated after unlimited attempts, we remove the system and return your full investment.

If we diagnose your heat exchanger as failed and a second inspection determines our diagnosis was incorrect, we provide a new furnace at no cost.

*Second opinion must be conducted with our representative present, or upon removal of the furnace.
