Meet the Team

Mike has spent 29 years in the trades, 27 of them with Precision Today. He came into the industry almost by chance — several years working alongside a family member left him between positions when the opportunity came along, and he’s grateful someone took a chance on him despite his having no plumbing experience at the time. Today, what he enjoys most is doing the same for others: supporting his team’s growth and serving people with excellence. His standard for a good decision is simple — it has to be good for the customer, good for the team, and good for the company. When all three line up, that’s the kind of harmony Precision Today’s core values are built to create. Outside of work, Mike spends his time with his wife and kids, traveling together whenever schedules allow for a new destination and a good meal.

Jacob has been with Precision Today since 2024. He was drawn to the busy day-to-day schedule at Precision Today and takes satisfaction in improving the homes of every customer. That variety is exactly what he enjoys most about his job. His approach is simple: improve our service everyday. Outside of work, Jacob spends his time with his wife and their dog.
